OLATUNDE ODUWOLE is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered
Accountants of NIgeria (ICAN) and an International Associate of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Master
of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Boston University,
Massachusetts USA, with over 25 years work experience in commercial
finance, corporate strategy, business development, audit, tax and
accounting in the oil and gas industry, audit and management
consulting across Africa, Europe and North America.

He is the Head of Finance, Oil and Gas Projects, Shell Petroleum Development Company. Nig. Ltd and until recently, the Finance Director of Shell Nigeria Gas Limited and Director on the Board of West Africa Gas Pipeline Company Limited (WAPCO). He has led several
complex multi-billion dollars commercial transactions in the oil and gas sector in Nigeria, including the recently completed financing for Nigeria LNG (NLNG) Train 7 expansion program.

Tunde is an adventurous traveller, he enjoys playing the saxophone, reading, and theatre production. He produced the highly acclaimed play “Gula on Stage” in 2017 a riveting story based on President Obasanjo’s prison experience. He is happily married to Dr. Jumoke Oduwole and they are blessed with two lovely children.
